In the 1980s, we were able to gain a privileged position close to our partners by offering them innovative solutions in recruitment and training for the building, development and fulfilment of teams in a highly competitive mature French market.

During the
1990s, more and more partners were facing difficult challenges internationally when, after having sent a team of expatriates to gain a foothold in promising markets, they wanted to recruit local executive management and set up the succession plans essential for a successful long-term establishment.

At the stage, we decided to leave our comfort zone and accompany them in this new and more complex challenge.

Since then, we have developed a solid know-how that allows us today to build and complete executive management teams and to set up succession plans anywhere in the world.

We have also built up reliable in-depth investigation processes that are essential in emerging, unstructured and rapidly expanding markets.

Finally, we have refined our evaluation and screening tools in order to provide our partners with trusted profiles with proven commitment and reliability.

To work closely with our customers, we have accompanied them over the years to their main areas of expansion.

Central Europe

We started out in 1997 from Warsaw, to fully understand the specificities of Central European markets and cultures, with values, operating methods and expectations very different from our own.

This led us to extend our search beyond the professional skills and experience that are a prerequisite, to profiles that are naturally oriented towards exchange, communication and the sharing of best practices, and open to the standards, processes and reporting systems of Western companies.

C.I.S

(Commonwealth of Independent States)

We continued in 1999 from Moscow, to fully understand and adapt to the vastness of Russia and the diversity of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Setting up in Moscow and the main cities is easy. Covering the whole territory is much harder for logistical reasons of course, but even more so for the mobility of talent.

Asia

Since 2005, we have been supporting our partners in China and Asia from Shanghai.

Targeting such a huge market with a culture, a mindset and references drastically different from ours completely changed our world.

We gained expertise in searching for executive managers who, beyond their success in a local management committee function, have both the ability and willingness to integrate the team, vision and global approach of an international company.

Global

With digitalization and globalization, we decided to adapt our organization to work more closely with our customers and their strategic challenges: we set up a dedicated multicultural team of Consultants and Research Associates for each partner, to support him in the recruitment of his executive managers and company administrators on all 5 continents.
