As every client is unique we tailor our approach and process to each assignment. As from the first meeting with our client we establish an action plan and keep him up to date at every stage. From the start of the assignment, deadlines are clearly defined. Our bi-monthly reports and dates of the first interviews are planned together. We take great care to ensure that the candidates’ profiles are accurate. Every two weeks we send our client a progress report which we comment on together so that he can follow the progress of our work. For both executive search and assessment assignments, we present an in-depth analysis of the position concerned in the target market.
